KGOTHATSO .CHAPTER : 24 .
— SOME TIME LATER ..
She sits on the couch but stands up again , she walks around the house unable to think about what she's going to say to Mandlawenkosi . The only person she can think of is her grandmother . She quickly grabs her phone and dials her number .
MaMofokeng : what a surprise ..
Kgothatso : I'm in a dilemma ..
MaMofokeng : you had your first kiss with your husband , the first ever kiss in your life .
Kgothatso : now it has gotten me all confused .
MaMofokeng : I don't want to say much , but .. I know what you want to do and I support you . Mandla is a man among man ...

She hangs up and sighs again , she walks to the kitchen and gulps down yet another bottle of water ... while Mandla's car parks outside and he jumps off . He walks inside as she gasps ..
Kgothatso : he's early ...
She walks out of the kitchen and glances at Mandla who was about to walk upstairs .
Kgothatso : Mandla ..
Mandlawenkosi : I'm heading back to the office , I forgot a file .
Kgothatso : can we talk ?
Mandlawenkosi : there's really nothing to talk about .
Kgothatso : please ..
He sighs and turns back , he walks back downstairs and they walk to the kitchen and sit on the high stools .
Kgothatso : I know you're upset with me .
Mandlawenkosi : hmm .
Kgothatso : you gave me the first best kiss of my life and I pushed you off .
Mandlawenkosi : you made me feel like a jerk honestly , like im touching you without your consent .
Kgothatso : and that's not the case , I wasn't trying to make you feel otherwise . A kiss is a very new thing to me , so when you did that .. I felt nervous , my nerves took over and my body went into complete shock .
Mandlawenkosi : you didn't tell me anything about how you felt .
Kgothatso : i was afraid , I don't know how you feel about me Mandla , I don't know what's in your heart .
Mandlawenkosi : can't you feel whats in my heart ?
She looks down .
Kgothatso : Mandla ..
Mandlawenkosi : I don't even need to say anything , I'm inlove with you Kgothatso . I wouldn't have kissed you if I wasn't in love , I wasn't going to share the same bed with you if I wasn't inlove .
She glances at him .
Mandlawenkosi : I know it's your first time , your first time of everything hence I want you to take your time . I wasn't going to do anything to you , I just wanted to hold my wife , kiss her and just be able to tell her how much I love her but you pushed me off .

He stands up and pulls her up , he picks her up and places her on the counter .
Mandlawenkosi : what's in your heart ?
Kgothatso : your name .
He smiles .
Mandlawenkosi : does my name perhaps make you feel somehow ?

She sighs once more ..

Mandlawenkosi : I thought you didn't .
Kgothatso : I also thought you didn't love me .
Mandlawenkosi : you see how important it is to communicate ?
She nods .
Kgothatso : I see .
He plants a kiss on her lips ..
Mandlawenkosi : you make me feel otherwise .

She wraps her arms around his neck ..
Kgothatso : you were so upset with me .
Mandlawenkosi : I felt so bad actually , like I just slapped myself in the face . I didn't know that you'd push me off .

Mandlawenkosi : well .. now that it's no longer some type of an arranged marriage , what do you want to say to me ?
Kgothatso : I want to tell you that I'm always going to be here for you , I'm gonna help you as your loving wife and I'm going to respect you . I'm going to learn how to be more open and open myself to trying out new things .
He smiles .

Mandlawenkosi : im almost speechless .

He gets in between of her thighs and grabs her waist ..
Kgothatso : I'll consider this my first kiss with my hubby .

Their lips touch as they begin kissing .. she lets her tears roll down as he picks her up walking to the lounge ..
