KGOTHATSO .

CHAPTER : 36 .

She quickly wipes off her tears and walks to his direction , she attempts to walk off but he holds her arm and pulls her back roughly .

Kgothatso : let me go !

Mandlawenkosi : what do you mean you're going to give birth to a dead baby Kgothatso ?

Kgothatso : Mandla let me go !

Mandlawenkosi : I'm your husband and you're gonna tell me exactly what you meant , what you saw yesterday !

Kgothatso : just... let me go .

She says heaving a sigh ..

Kgothatso : the ancestors showed me that I'm gonna be pregnant ! carry the baby to full term but its going to be a stillborn Mandla . Now please let me go ..

He stops and lets her go as she runs out .. he walks over to his table and sits down as his eyes begin filling with tears . Kgothatso walks downstairs taking deep breaths .

Kgothatso : you're not gonna cry , you're not gonna cry ..

She says walking to the kitchen and gulping down a bottle of water , Samkele walks into the kitchen ..

Samkele : are you okay ?

Kgothatso : yeah , yeah I'm fine .. I'm just tired .

Samkele : did you guys talk ?

She sighs..

Kgothatso : we didn't .

Samkele : do you think he cheated ?

Kgothatso : he didn't , I'm just mad at the fact that she was there and he was also there .

Samkele : Zobuhle screams "obsessed and desperate" .

Kgorhatso : i don't want to talk about that woman in my house .

Samkele : okay I'm quiet now .

Kgothatso sighs .. why didn't he say anything ? is he angry ? Oh whats going on . She drops the spoon she was about to take as she feels a heavy on her .

Samkele : Sis Kgothatso ..

Kgothatso : I'm okay ..

Samkele : you're not , please sit .

Kgothatso : Samkele I'm okay ..

Samkele : please sit .

She sighs and sits down , she holds her head and exhales loudly .

Samkele : have water. 

Kgothatso : I'm stressed out .

Samkele : I can see that , here .

She takes the glass of water and gulps it down ..

Samkele : you need a serious rest .

Kgothatso : more like a massage .

Samkele : why don't we go out for a spa day tomorrow ?

Kgothatso : that's actually a great idea .

Samkele : will you make the appointment ?

Kgothatso : i will ..

— NIGHTTIME .

She walks to the bedroom after watching a movie with Samkele , he hasn't said anything to her ever since she told him whats going on . She walks into the bedroom as he's changing and walks to the bed .

Kgothatso : I'll sleep in the guestroom .

She says taking her phone charger and phone , she walks to the door ..

Mandlawenkosi : we don't do that here .

Kgothatso : I don't know what's in your mind Mandla .

Mandlawenkosi : even if you don't , we don't sleep in separate rooms ever .

Kgothatso : but ..

Mandlawenkosi : we don't sleep in seperate bedrooms , we're married .

She sighs and walks back ..

Kgothatso : you're making this so hard for me .

Mandlawenkosi : how is it hard ?

Kgothatso : I'm going through shit right now , I'm about to be pregnant with a baby that's going to be born as a stillborn .

Mandlawenkosi : if you're going through alot , what am i going through Kgothatso ? The first person you thought of telling was your brother , not your husband .

Kgothatso : we always tell each other everything that happens in our lives before we tell anyone else .

Mandlawenkosi : well thats gonna have to change sissy , this is a marriage and in a marriege , you share everything with your partner . You don't run and go to any of your family members when I'm right here Kgothatso .

Kgothatso : I share a bond with Kgothalo , a bond I don't think you'll ever understand . You don't have a twin Mandlawenkosi .

Mandlawenkosi : even if I don't have a twin , I will never tell something to Mpiyakhe important before i tell you Kgothatso .

She sighs ..

Kgothatso : I'm tired .. i don't want to talk about any of this .

Mandlawenkosi : so wouldn't you need the support of your husband ?

She walks into the closet and takes out her pajamas ..

Kgothatso : it's okay if i confuse you , i confuse myself too . Im a selfish person after all yet my husband comes back with lipsticks and perfumes .

Mandlawenkosi : don't do that , we're not discussing that right now . We're discussing the fact that you almost hid such a thing from me .

Kgothatso : what did you want me to do ? Tell your wicked family that I'll carry a stillborn child so your aunts can celebrate ?

Mandlawenkosi : i asked you when we were alone , you still didn't tell me .

She looks down .

Mandlawenkosi : you're not being a faithful wife right now .

She puts on her pajamas and gets in bed facing the other side , she wipes off the tears that just fall off like a river flowing. ..
