CHAPTER : 39 .

— FEW HOURS LATER ..

At the end of their spa day , they walk with skins glowing and muscles relaxed .

Kgothatso : oh that felt so good .

Samkele : right ? My body feels more relaxed now .

Kgothatso : there's no tension or anything , atleast we got the time to bond . You're such a cool little sister .

Samkele : I am , we should hang out more .

Kgothatso : definitely ..

Kgothatso's eyes fall on Tumelo who's walking towards them as she heaves a sigh .

Kgothatso : hell coming straight towards us .

Samkele : who's that ?

Kgothatso : my ex ..

Samkele : yoh ..

Tumelo glances at Kgothatso and smiles a bit .

Tumelo : hey ..

Kgothatso : hi .

Tumelo : you look great ..

Kgothatso : thanks , Samkele lets go .

Tumelo : how's life ?

Kgothatso : (smiles) life is amazing .

Tumelo : heard about your marriage .

Kgothatso : you did ? I didn't know it was such a popular thing .

Tumelo : he's pretty big in the business industry so yeah ..

Kgothatso : he's such a hardworking man , isn't he ? Doesn't depend on any woman to financially sustain him .

Tumelo : it was great meeting you .

Kgothatso : likewise .

They walk past him and she rolls her eyes ..

Kgothatso : this man disgusts me .

Samkele : wanna talk about it ?

Kgothatso : not really , my hubby wouldn't like to hear me speaking of my ex lovers at all .

Samkele : you know him too well .

They jump in the car and she drives off ..

Kgothatso : when are you going back to school ?

Samkele : next week , dad might be coming back this week .

Kgothatso : hmm , why doesn't your mother live with you guys ?

Samkele : she loves staying in the rural areas . She normally visits and leaves after a while .

Kgothatso : oh okay ..

She continues driving till they reach home , they jump off the car and walk inside .

Kgothatso : we're back .

Mandlawenkosi : looking a bit flexible , you can sure bend well .

She glances at him with her eyes popped out and shakes her head .

Kgothatso : please stop that ..

Samkele : I'm sleepy , i think i might go sleep . I'll wake up later .

Kgothatso : okay babe .

Samkele walks upstairs and Kgothatso walks to the lounge where Mandla is sitting and sits on his lap .

Mandlawenkosi : how's your hand ?

Kgothatso : I've dealt with worse. 

Mandlawenkosi : I should've taken you to the doctor .

Kgothatso : I'm fine baby , its just a burn mark .

Mandlawenkosi : how was the spa session ?

Kgothatso : amazing ! you should've come with us .

Mandlawenkosi : you wanted another woman to touch your man ?

She shakes her head quickly .

Kgothatso : not at all .

Mandlawenkosi : that's why I didn't even bother and mostly because , I don't feel comfortable with having another woman touching me all over apart from you .

Kgothatso : that's a valid reason .

She plants a kiss on her lips ..

Kgothatso : i missed you .

Mandlawenkosi : I missed you too baby .

Kgothatso : you must've missed me , did my brother leave ?

Mandlawenkosi : yeah he had somewhere to be .

Kgothatso : alright , I'll call him .

Mandlawenkosi : so ...

He clears his throat .

Mandlawenkosi : are you gonna tell your family ?

Kgothatso : they're gonna see anyways so I cant hide anything .

Mandlawenkosi : my family ?

Kgothatso : you tell your parents and brother , I don't think i want your aunts to know .

Mandlawenkosi : that's okay , they won't know .

She nods .

Kgothatso : it's gonna be a journey .

Mandlawenkosi : I'm gonna be here every step of the way .

Kgothatso : I know , I want to consult the ancestors . To make sure that losing this baby doesn't curse me for life or something .

Mandlawenkosi : (nods) , its gonna be a hard journey .

She sighs ..

Kgothatso : I'd like not to talk about it , the more i talk about it is the more I feel like im losing my mind .

Mandlawenkosi : yet you look like the strongest person on earth .

Kgothatso : It may seem like that from the outside .

Mandlawenkosi : wanna go let of some steam ?

She smiles widely ..

Kgothatso : do you even have to ask ?

He smiles picking her up and walking upstairs ..

— Hours Later ..

Her body shakes as she throws her head back moaning .. he groans letting himself release in her as he breathes heavily . Sweats all over .. he collapses ontop of her ..

Kgothatso : you're heavy .

Mandlawenkosi : you make me weak , very weak .

Kgothatso : (breathes heavily) I know ..

He lays next to her and kisses her shoulder .

Mandlawenkosi : your ring is almost done .

Kgothatso : I thought you were buying the ring ?

Mandlawenkosi : buying an ordinary ring that can be bought by anyone else ? No baby , you're not on that level . You must get a custom made ring ..

Kgothatso : there's no need .

Mandlawenkosi : I'm not listening to anything , you're getting the ring soon .

She shakes her head .

Kgothatso : I'm not even there .

Mandlawenkosi : you must wear diamond on your finger. 

Kgothatso : I'm a diamond myself .

Mandlawenkosi : true true ..

He kisses her forehead ..

Mandlawenkosi : so ..

Kgothatso : what is it ?

Mandlawenkosi : we lose our first child ever , what happens after that ?

She shrugs ..

Kgothatso : do we have more kids in the future ?

Mandlawenkosi : I'm just afraid that it'll happen again .

Kgothatso : me too .

She sighs ..

Mandlawenkosi : they go around bewitching us hey ..

Kgothatso : jealousy will result in witchcraft in some ways .
