My phone receives a notification just after she leaves. I don't understand what's happening right now but all I know is that my dad cannot be that type of man. Not when he raised me well after my mother died.
“Nkanyezi..” Mom calls me out, I shake my head and walk out of the house. I glare at Sbani's texts. She just sent it now, i enter our conversation and she sent me some screenshots. Once I click on them, a sense of guilt hovers over me. What the fùck?
“Oh fùck..” I whisper reading everything that I said wasn't true but this girl called Luyanda is the one who texted him first so was she expecting roses and gold? However...there's someone I must confront.
I angrily walk back inside and find him at the bar, I clench my jaws and walk towards him. I grab his collar and he drops the glass he's holding.
“You watch me shout at Sbanisenkosi knowing very well you're wrong. What is wrong with you?” I ask him, angrily. He glares at me with a straight face.
“Is the sèx driving you insane? are you crazy Nkanyezi?” He asks, I lay a punch on his face and drop him on the floor.
“You paid that girl money so she could send you that..disgusting thing, right? I saw everything. I saw the conversation you had with her!” I shout, I feel someone trying to pull me back.
“Bro stop this..” Alexander says, I shake my head.
“Sbanisenkosi just sent me the screenshots of the conversation that this thing called a father had with that girl ! he's disgusting. You sent her R20K yonke for a picture of her boobs? you have the balls to do that to my mother?” I say kicking him.
“Is the ràpe issue true?” I ask him.
“It's not true Christopher, sh..she wanted this as much as I wanted it !!” He shouts, so he cheated?
“You cheated on my mother?” I ask him, Alexander heaves a sigh and walks to my mother who's standing by the stairs crying.
“So now..why is Sbanisenkosi saying that girl says you molested her?” I ask stepping back and letting him get up.
“She just happened to say she doesn't want to do this anymore and I couldn't stop.” He says, I hold my hands up to the back of my head. Lost for words, so..
“You ràped her...” I whisper, he shakes his head.

“I did not !! She wanted this as much as I did ! she came to that date knowing what to expect.” He shouts, is he serious?
“Are you not ashamed of yourself? don't you know what rápe is? if she said no then you should've stopped Biyela!” My mother shouts in tears.
“I know what ràpe is and it's forcing yourself on someone! i did not force myself on her!” He shouts again.
“You're going to jail wena, you don't even show remorse for whatever you did!” Alexander says. My dad walks past me and goes outside, I heave a sigh and lean against the wall. I made a mistake..
“I trusted Sbanisenkosi without even asking her for evidence or shouting at her. I saw right through Lincoln that he was guilty. Why couldn't you trust her?” Mom asks. I grab my phone and try calling her but it doesn't ring. She blocked me..
“Lincoln must be arrested. He clearly ràped her..” Nkanyiso says. I walk out and rush to my car. I jump in and drive off, I should've had a little bit of trust in her. I think I fùcked up.
I drive to her apartment hoping that she's there, I get there and she's not there. I heave a huge sigh before sitting in my car. I'll wait for her to arrive..

The more I cry, the more my heart aches. I've encountered heartbreaks and I never took them too seriously because they weren't for serious relationship but now.. it hurts, it hurts so much.
“Have water, I added honey and some lemons.” My mom says, I sit up wiping off my tears.
“Thank you.” I say taking the mug and drinking the water. Hopefully, it's gonna help me calm down.
“Are you sure you're done with him?” She asks, I sigh.
“I don't know, he showed me that he doesn't trust me. It's as if a stranger was telling him this.” I say, Christopher hurt me so much..
“I wouldn't advise you to give up so quickly, it's been what.. 3 weeks since you started dating and you want to give up because of an issue that wasn't created by the two of you?” She asks.
“I don't know..” I say softly, my heart is so broken..
“You sent him the screenshots right? you showed him some of the truth and I believe he will see that and realize that he was wrong by not trusting you.” She says.

“I don't want to see you cry but I also don't want to see you fight anyone because you lose control and you're unable to think clearly. I love him for you and I believe that this is just a minor stepback. I can't force you to do anything you don't want to do. It's your life, your choice as well.” She says.
“I love him so much mommy but..he doesn't trust me at all. He's making me second doubt this relationship.” I say.
“I'm gonna go before dad comes back, I know he's gonna be angry when he sees me like this.” I say jumping off the bed.
“This is your home as well, you can sleep over if you want to.” She says, I shake my head. I'd rather go drown myself with whiskey in my apartment alone.
“I'll call you...” I say kissing her cheek and walking out. I head downstairs and grab my car keys. I think Sipho is at varsity or something. I walk outside and unlock my car. I jump in and drive straight to my apartment.
I arrive after some time, I was driving very slow thinking of everything. I drive in and my heart sinks because Christopher's car is here. I heave a sigh before parking my car and turning the engine off. I jump off and he jumps off as well, lord help me.
“Sbanisenkosi..” He says, I shake my head walking past him.
“Please listen to me..” He says trying to grab my arm but I shake my head.
“Don't touch me, please..” I say, he's following me as I walk. God can he just turn away and leave? I unlock my apartment and walk inside..
“Christopher what do you want?” I ask him, he shuts the door. I turn around and glare at him.
“Can we talk?” He asks.
“I thought we're done, what do you want now?” I ask him.
“I came to apologize..” He says, I'm about to speak but... I press my hand on my mouth and run to the bathroom.
