My phone has been ringing multiple times and I just don't have the energy to just speak to anyone more especially Chris. I got back from work a few hours back and I've been chilling ever since. Its just a very dull day for me today, normally I'd call my girls so we could go out and get drunk but I'm just in my pajamas watching K-drama.

My door bell rings and I get up from the couch, I put on my sleepers and head to open. I don't even know why I opened because Christopher is standing right there looking a bit drunk.

“How may I help you?” I ask him, he gently pulls my waist. WHOA I was not expecting that.

“Can we just talk? as much as you're upset, I'm also hurt that you're brushing me off when we can just sit and have a conversation.” He says, I heave a sigh.

“It sucks having to know that so many women had access to you. Why do they have to have access to you?” I ask him, he plants a kiss on my lips.

“Will you let me in so we can talk? It's cold out here.” He says, he's not even wearing a jacket. I let him in and close the door.

“We can go in the lounge so we can talk.” I say leading him to the lounge and cleaning the snacks I had left on the couch making space for him

“I'm not apologizing for the mess, K-drama goes with snacks always so don't blame me.” I say, he chuckles softly and takes a seat.

“Something to drink?” I ask him, he brushes his face.

“I feel drunk so some juice will be fine.” He says, I walk over to the kitchen and take out some juice for him. I pour it in a glass and place the glass on a mini wooden tray along with the bottle of juice. I walk back to the lounge and hand him the tray.

“Thank you..” He says drinking his juice, I sit besides him and turn off the TV. I glare at him for a while before he places the tray on the table.

“Ready?” He aske, I sigh. I don't think I'm ready but I must stop acting like a baby and have this conversation.

“Let's do this..” I say facing him, he clears his throat.

“I thought I told you yesterday about my nature and how I am, what happened today is what will properly happen each and everyday. I don't know why you had to react so quickly.” He says.

“I've never been in this type of situation, I thought this thing of ours ended in the club but it keeps on growing and growing larger and I'm scared because I know where that is going to lead.” I say.

“A serious relationship that requires commitment?” He asks, I nod. Exactly that..

“I'm afraid Nkanyezi but I'm also not trying to act as if I'm okay that you're this womanizer.” I say.

“Aren't you atleast relieved that I was able to tell you the truth and just be honest? Doesn't that make you happy? any other man would've lied to you countless times and you would've remained the fool.” He says.

“As much as I want you and I'm falling for you, I don't want to be with a man that's going to make me react how I'm reacting right now Nkanyezi. I'm 25, I haven't had any stable relationship ever since and I don't know how to commit myself to a man. I also can't settle for a man who goes around fùcking every woman, my parents raised me very well, I don't want to disappoint them in a way.” I say.

“I can't seem to understand you, don't you have mistakes too Sbani? are we not all human beings?” He asks, I look down. I have countless mistakes, God I can't even name them.

“I do have mistakes..” I say wiping off the tears that are about to fall off, I can't cry infront of him. He cups my face and wipes more of these tears.

“I don't want to hurt you, I want to know how to love you the way you want to be loved. I want to know what's in your heart..” He says planting a soft kiss on my lips.

“I'm just scared, I'm insecure and I love you so much that I can't picture you with another woman.” I say, he stares at me for a while before smiling.

“You're the most beautiful light I've ever seen, you have a big heart Sbani and yes.. I love you too.” He says, did I say I love him? I didn't even hear myself sahna.

“Sbani..” He says softly, I glare at him.

“What do you want?” He asks, I take a deep breath.

“You..” I say. He gently pulls me towards him and wraps his arms around me.

“Then I'm all yours as much as you're all mine. I'm trying , please give me a chance.” He says brushing my back, I must be the biggest fool on earth for crying for a man. Mbali and Luyanda are gonna scream at me sahna. He glares at me and plants another kiss on my lips.

“I don't need anything today, I just want to hold you.” He says kissing my forehead multiple times.

Relationships are scary and all you want to do is not get your heart broken. You want to be loved fully and be taken care of. There's no perfect relationship honestly, it's up to you if you want to stay and build your person. You won't find a perfect partner with no mistakes, that's impossible. There's always have to obstacles and I? I'll tackle them in whatever way I can.

“What are you thinking of?” He asks brushing my hair, I sigh and shake my head.

“Nothing, I'm just thinking about all of this. The experience and all of that is just..scary.” I say.

“I know it's gonna be hard but this relationship is gonna work if only we make it work.” He says, I nod.

“I believe so too and also sorting out your own skeletons and trying not to bring them into our relationship because I beat up a bitch really well.” I say, he chuckles.

“I won't have you fight a woman because of me, I don't want to disrespect in our relationship.” He says, so sweet.

“Hmm, I hear you clearly. Aren't you hungry? I can order us something to eat.” I ask him, he shakes his head.

“I'm already full because of your love, I'm good.” He says and I laugh kancane nje. I sit up and turn the TV back on.

“You're sleeping over.” I say, he nods.
    
“No issue but I have to be at work in the morning, I'll leave early.” He says, I nod. My phone rings, I don't know what Mbali wants from me.

“Let me just answer this.” I say putting the phone on loud speaker and waiting for to speak.

“Hey what's up?” I ask her, she laughs.

“I feel like a person who just got laid !!” She says screaming through the phone and I glare at Chris who shakes his head. He's judging this one..

“I'm a bit busy right now so will you call me tomorrow morning or come by the office?” I ask her.

“What are you busy with at this time? are you having sex?” She asks and I roll my eyes.

“I'm sitting with my man watching some k-drama ma'am. So I can't talk right now.” I say, she screams again.

“Your man? you mean...” I quickly cut her short.

“Let's not talk about that now, I'll call you bye.” I say hanging up and placing the phone down.

“Your friends hey..” he says shaking his head.

“Best friends, they're actually sisters to me. We've been best friends for years shame.” I say.

“Are you wild as they are? That other one wasn't even scared of approaching me at the club. She shoot her shot..” He says.

“Because she thought you were looking at her, Mbali is like that let me say we're like that.” I say.

“You guys are a bit crazy, I couldn't imagine dancing infront of people like that. I was only focusing on you either way.” He says, I chuckle and listen to him yapping about the day he first saw me. It's really cute listening to him, he's really chatting and I'm listening.
