Chapter 18 

Jade 

*He's still kissing me and pinning me harder against the wall . I feel myself getting wet and slowly pull out, licking my lips. He has bedroom eyes, and they fit him perfectly.*

Jade : We should go.  

*I say after catching my breath while he smiles, licking his lips and nods.*

Leon : After you .  

*I let out a breath before opening the door and keeping my head high, leading the way . I feel his stares all over my body. As soon as we get to my car . I open my door, getting in as he takes the passenger side.*

Leon : No need to be knocked out this time ?

Jade : Oh, there is , but this time, I have chosen to blind fold you.

*He smiles cockily and grabs the blindfold, putting it on*

Leon : So? 

Jade : What? 

Leon : Will you let us help you guys ? I mean, all of you during missions and all ? 

*I sigh. This is moving too fast.*

Jade : I'll let you know after I've spoken to the rest of the team . 

Leon : Mh, okay,  so ??

Jade : What now??

Leon : When are we going on a date? 

*I'm silent for a while . A date ? Why a date, though? I've never been into a date before. All my life has been built around revenge and survival of the fittest.* 

Leon : Black rose? 

Jade : Why would you call me that? 

Leon : I like it for you . Black and beautiful.  

Jade : Well, I hate it .

*I hear him chuckle as I park my car next to his.*

Jade : You can take that off now we've arrived.  

*He slowly takes it off and rubs his eyes before looking me straight in my eyes.*

Leon : Look, i know how cruel my father can be, and I just want you to know that I'm willing to do anything you want of me if only  you can trust me enough to allow me to help. 

*I'm just staring at him, not knowing.*

Jade : We'll see about that soon . You can leave now . As I said, I will call you.  Not the other way around . 

*I say, maintaining a serious face . He's busy smiling at me like I just offered him a suprise . He lins closer to me, attempting to kiss me, and I get back.*

Leon : Copy that ma'am . I can't wait to see you again.

*I sigh deeply.  I don't do love.*

Jade : Look, please get that out of your tiny head . There won't be a meeting with me or anything.  We will be strictly professional towards each other, and that's it. 

*He's still observing me and giving me those sexy eyes.*

Jade : Please just don't complicate things.  I never mix business with pleasure . 

*His face starts getting serious as he gets closer to me.*

Leon : Don't fight it, my black rose. I'll come over tonight . 

*He says, perking my forehead and opening the door heading for his car .  J watch him drive off, and after his long disappeared, I bring my car to life and head home.  I have to stop this . Love is going to create weaknesses. What am I saying who said anything about love ?*
