Chapter 8 

Jade 

*I'm making my way to their room . After the encounter with Leon, I really have to find out everything I can about him . I knock on the door, and they open .*

Kim : Oh hey boss , I thought it was the room service. 

*Well, that doesn't shock me of her . I nod and let myself in .*

Jade : Where's Jerry? 

Kim : Bathroom.  

Jade : How did you consume the tracker? 

Kim : I was drunk, and he came looking handsome as hell and offered me a drink . I said thank you and gulped it down, but then I felt it on its way down through my fucken throat but I had to make the nigga think he got me . 

Jade : So you let him take you to the bathroom ?

Kim : Oh no I didn't.  I'm the one who initiated the bathroom plan, and like all men in the world, he followed right after me . All to find out that the drink was also spiked. I got really mad and would've killed him if the drug didn't kick if faster than normal because of the alcohol intake.  

Jade : We've discovered his name. 

Kim : It's Jake . I know.  He told me . 

Jade : Oh great, then . Have you tried getting it out?  

Kim : Not yet.  That's why I ordered room service.  

Jade : Mh, you do that fast . Jake is inside this hotel . 

Kim : He is? Do you think he's onto us?

Jade : Well, technically he is, but he doesn't know that the boss is a girl, so

*I shrug.*

Jerry : What'd I miss? 

*He says, making his way in from the bathroom.*

Jade : Tell me your side of the story. 

*He sits down when the doorbell rings.*

Kim : I'll get that.  Must be the room service. 

Jerry : The guy from that night remembered me and well approached me . He brought me a drink, but I refused it and pat my shoulder, which I assume was the time he was putting the tracker.  

Jade : How did Kim put a device in Jake? 

Jerry : Jake? 

Jade : The guy you gave narcan.  

Jerry : ohhh . The guy had her on his shoulder . She wasn't unconscious yet but was starting to get dizzy.  She put the divice on his shirt, and it stuck there. 

*I nod . So they have nothing on us for now.  Good , I could use this.*

Jade : We're leaving this evening. 

Jerry : Thank God . I miss my bed .

Jade : No, we're going for the mission.  

Jerry : What? 

Kim : Isn't the mission in 2 weeks' time ?

Jade : It is, and I have a feeling these 2 will be there . So  we have to be a step ahead at all times. So hurry up, and let's get out of here. 

Jerry : Are we getting out like this? 

*He says, gesturing his outfit.*

Jade : Nope, I got you covered . 

*I say, opening my bag and giving them their new clothes .*

Kim : I have a feeling you chose this wear . 

Jade : Be grateful 

*She rolls her eyes and heads for the bathroom . A few moments  came out clean and wearing the outfit I got.*

Jade : perfection. Did you get it ? 

Kim : Yep, and destroyed it.  

Jade : Great, let's head for the airport already . Everything is already waiting for us that side. 

*I beep Tim alerting him that we're on our way.*

Jade : We'll meet you at the airport. 

Time: Copy that ma'am . Should I bring everything ? 

Jade : Yes, everything we will need must be brought with us . We'll continue planning on the way. 

*I say before dropping the call and following Kim and Jerry out . They sign out and get into my car . Jake and Leon are also getting on with their car but can't seem to notice us . I start my car and drive when Kim opens her window.*

Kim : Better luck next time, boys.  

*She screams a little, catching their attention, and they freeze for a moment, staring at her . She winks at them and closes her window. I see them cursing from a distance and smile a little. Follow us boys . I have a feeling you'll be of great help.*
