CHAPTER TWENTY FIVE

I wake up feeling rejuvenated. I might have had the best sleep ever, considering my previous sleepless nights. I wake up to an empty bed, Akani' side is cold but I don't allow that to extinguish my flame of joy as I get up and head to the bathroom. As I pass by the mirror, I notice the red marks between my thighs and on my chest and they bring a smile to my face. Last night was amazing, and I'm glad I have these hickeys to remind me of it. It was a different experience, something close to being a heavenly experience. If sex with Akani was a religion, I would gladly follow it and solely believe in it. Regardless of the bags beneath my eyes, my skin is glowing against the sun.
