The boys finally arrive at their safe house in Umbilo. The area is quiet, hidden between old factory buildings and half-abandoned yards. But Mabutho isn't worried—he chose this place for a reason. The house is completely soundproof. Modified walls, sealed windows, reinforced doors—akukho muntu ozokuzwa (no one will hear anything).
The safe house itself is nothing fancy. Just an old RDP house Mabutho bought years ago from a desperate elderly woman who needed quick cash. Back then, the deal felt like nothing. Now, it serves him perfectly—small, forgettable, and off the grid.
The boys climb out of the car. Their big brother walks ahead, his silence heavier than his footsteps. Qhawe and Ncanezwe follow slowly behind him, both tense despite trying to act brave.
