Later that day Mandilakhe drove to Endy's house thinking of ways he could apologize to her. He had sent her some money earlier during the day but she returned it.
He sighed parking outside her house. He got out and frowned seeing her younger sister sitting at the door. She got up upon seeing him and glared at him.
He stopped looking at her angry face thinking the time he had tried beating Endy. How that backfired.
A car parked outside the yard and Endy walked out of it along with Kabelo laughing. He chuckled shaking his head it was obvious these two were fuc$ing.
Who was he kidding Endy was always ready for the next man. Even he found her with a boyfriend and one mistake the man was out.
She walked past him as Kabelo stopped and looked at him.
"You know it's man like you that earn us the name dog? Imagine there are us who treat woman like trash. How do you marry another woman when you have a woman like Endy?"

"Don't talk nonsense mistake of marrying someone? Does that make sense to you?"
"Don't you dare talk to me like that or..."
"Or what? Leave she doesn't want to talk to you."
"And she wants to talk to you?"
"Yes fortunately for me. You're going to think about her and I wish to God she doesn't take you back in her life. She doesn't deserve such a man."
"And she deserves you?"
"No I know she doesn't deserve me."
Kabelo walked back to his car and drove of.
"Don't even come close to this house or I'll castrate you. Nx bloody coward!!"
Akhona said before walking back inside the house clicking her tongue in anger. Endy laughed shaking her head.
"You'd swear you're the older one sana with the way you're so protective."
"I don't like bullies mntase and that man is a bully. Imagine coming to the same house you were told to not come back to?"
"That one doesn't respect me and I know it's because I let him bully me."
"No more kesisi from now on you do you. How did the job interview go?"
"I'm starting tomorrow."
"God I'm so excited at least now you'll be able to save more money to get something for yourself."
"Yeah the company I'm working for is really doing good. Maybe after a year or two I'll buy shares there."
"Do you mntase. Sisi that man Kabelo is he like into you?"
"I don't know even if he is I don't want him or any other guy."
"I really like him."
"If he likes you too he'll be yours. How long has this one been sleeping?"
"Just 20 minutes mntase."

Mandilakhe sat in his car looking at Endy's place. She walked out going to the tap. He got out of the car and ran to her.
"Mandilakhe please let me breathe will you?"
"Babe I'm sorry. I'm really sorry I'll get the lobola back and stop all this I'm sorry I want you for me baby please."
"Mandilakhe what you did hurt. What hurt even more is knowing you intentionally strung me along just to fulfill whatever agenda you have."

"You have a funny way of showing me love. Ngelishwa I don't want you anymore it's obvious you'll choose anyone who's not me. Andithi wena you listen to everything your mom says? Trust she won't want me as a daughter in-law and I don't want her either as my mother inlaw."
