Chapter 30

How was it that summer was at the door, yet my soul was still so dull. No bloom and no life, just leaves falling and an ill dryness in the air.

Nothing was going right even after a month, I still felt sick thinking about how easy it was losing her. I sought tranquillity but sometimes, I did seek a little revenge. I didn't want to have to wait for karma.

Each day I felt a little better, I think it was also because Jama and I were still occupying different rooms. His career was up and running but so was mine.
