Chapter 12

Dante

*She's the freaking COO. Great, this day couldn't get any better . I didn't even look her up to see her after Bhovungane cashed in his favor . To think I found that freaking punk asking her out, and she was even smiling back at him. I hate the feeling I got inside me when I found him kissing her hand and her smiling back at him . She looks so sexy in that suit . It's revealing her curves just right. Damn why am I even thinking about her ? She's my employee. I really have to get it together.*

Dante : We're here , what do you think ? Do you like it ?

Jade : Yes, it's a little cold, but I'll fix that.

Dante : Whatever you do , it's yours. Make yourself comfortable . I'll call you to come get some files.

Jade : Thanks.

*I nod, turning to leave for my office . When I remember something and turn back to tell her when I hear her talking to someone . My mind started thinking it's Luca, and I got annoyed already and badged in without knocking, but much to my surprise, there was no one just cute , innocent her staring at me with those beautiful ocean eyes .*

Dante. Were you talking to anyone?

Jade : Nope .

*Mh, but I really I heard her speaking to someone, but anyway I let it go .*

Dante : I came back to tell you you'll be expected to get your own personal assistant if you need any.

*I say and attempt to leave without waiting for her response . When she says something that makes me stop on my steps and turn looking at her straight in those sexy eyes*

Jade : Can it be a guy?

Dante : Why yes , if that's what you want.

*And just like that, I turn and leave . Why the hell would she want to be assisted by a guy ? Fuck why am I suddenly feeling possessive towards her . Maybe I just need to work and get her out of my mind for some time.*

Dante : Where the hell is my freaking coffee.

*I really need a new assistant as well . Why the hell didn't she get me my morning coffee when she knows I always drink it .i call her, and she comes running , knocks once, and lets herself in.*

Dante : Amber, where the fuck is my coffee?

Amber : Sorry, sir , coming right up . I was getting some juice for Jade .

Dante : Who the fuck is that ?

Amber : The new COO sir .

Dante :( inwardly rolling my eyes ) Just get my coffee and keep in mind you are my assistant not hers.

Amber : Copy that. Can I ...

Dante : Just go from here.

*She nods and leaves to make my coffee . She just arrived today, and half of my staff is already calling her by name and is smitten by her presence. I start working as soon as the coffee arrives .*

Jade

*My office is very dull and cold . The space I can work with and make it a little cozy . Today, I don't feel like working . I'll just order staff and fix my office all day. I'm already getting comfortable and getting rid of the top of my suit , leaving behind my very sexy top that reveals all my assets . I started collecting everything I won't like and putting it aside . All the room for improvement is there . As soon as I'm done, I take a seat and start thinking if I should order or just go buy them. I decided on buying them that'll be much faster . I finish my juice and make my way to the bosses office . I knocked a few times before letting myself in . And there he was all serious with the 2 buttons of his shirt loosened up . So hot .*

Jade : ( clears my throat ) Excuse me, sir .

*He lifts his head up, giving me a look I can't explain. I haven't worn my suit top yet, so I'm still slightly revealed to him . Is he checking me out ? The fact that he is makes me feel some sort of way .*

Dante : What ?

Jade : ( He's so damn rude. )

Dante : And you aren't, maybe ?

*fuck did I say that out loud*

Jade : Mncm whatever , I'm here to tell you that I'm leaving .

Dante : What?

Jade : To get some stuff for my office . Don't worry, I will invite you over when I'm done .

Dante : You're going like that ?

*I look at myself. What's wrong with how Iook?*

Jade : Is there something wrong with how I look ?

Dante : Never mind , you can go .

Jade : OH no, I wasn't asking for your permission, Mr. rude . I just wanted to get you to tell Luca to accompany me .

*His eyes shoot up upon hearing my request. .*

Dante : No.

Jade : Thank you very muc.... wait, what??

Dante : No .

Jade : Why ?

Dante : He's busy.

Jade : No, he's not , he just texted me .

Dante : Couldn't you just take Amber ?

Jade : No, I need someone strong for them.

Dante : Fine, let's go .

Jade : Nooooo

Dante : What??

Jade : Why do you want to come ? Luca is fine .

*He slowly gets closer to me as I take a few steps back until I hit the door. The door is closed, so i know i won't fall. His breathing on my face too close for comfort . His cologne is intoxicating me as I stare into his dark eyes . I feel naked under him , it's like his reading my soul.*

Dante : Are you hooking up with him ?

*He asks with his voice darker than usual . His eyes are still locked with mine . I can't even answer, but I shake my head, stating a no.*

Jade : No. Nevermind I'll just go back to work I'll fix it after work .

Dante : With who?

Jade : Amber.

*Why the fuck did I say that . That wasn't me .*

Dante : good .

*He moves back and I instantly miss him hivering over me . Urgh what's wrong with me.*

Dante : Get me something to eat while you at it .

Jade : I'm not your assistant.

Dante : Well unfortunately you are , since my assistant decided to work for you now . You're mine.

Jade : Urgh fine what do you want ?

Dante : Anything is fine just not sea food.

Jade : Money?

Dante : Use yours ,you can afford it.

Jade : Ohhhh we doing that huh . Okay fine but keep in mind , you owe me mister.

Dante : *chuckles* Whatver .

*I make my way outside releasing a breath I didn't know I was holding . When I see Luca coming over my way. He is definitely undressing me but with him I feel uncomfortable. I put on my suit top while waiting for him in front of Mr Rodriguez's door.*

Jade : hey Luca .

Luca : Jade , remember you promised to join me for lunch ?

Jade : OH yeah I'll be with you shortly just have to finish ordering something for Mr Rodriguez .

*The door busts open and I immediately stumple back but stop from falling when I feel something hard hit my back . I raise my eyes and sir is staring at my face . I quickly get up .*

Dante : We're leaving .

Jade : What ? But it's lunch.

Dante : We have a meeting at a restaurant. Hurry up.

*He says stomping off and I'm stuck.*

Luca : Guess reschedule then ?

Jade : Sure see ya Luca (I say rushing behind Mr Rodriguez.)
