With love, Sibane

SIBANE'S POV

I opened my eyes only to be blinded by the sun's rays that sifted through the blinds. I checked the time on my phone and sighed, seeing that my bedside clock displayed a bold 6 a.m. I was still tired from yesterday and  from the past week, it also didn't help that I was stranded on the road with that guy for a whole hour before my roadside assistance arrived, and it was only after my car was fixed and he followed me all the way into the city that he finally let me go.

Looking back now I am grateful for his efforts because as much as I hated admitting it, it sucks being a woman in a country where it makes you easier prey. I  stood up feeling tired and took a shower massaging my sore body under the spray. After wearing a long flowy white summer dress with a slit up my thigh and gold sandals with gold hoop earrings, I drove my other car to work, a Mercedes Benz SUV. I was just eager to get to work and get started on new projects. I loved being an interior designer as I could unleash my creativity and bring people's visions to life.

I arrived at the office to see my best friend, Sharma smiling as she typed something on her phone.

" Weeh umjolo ekuseni kusa ngavele ngaphatfwa sisu." I said jokingly as she looked up sticking her tongue out at me. "If only you knew that this man is treating me right. (You're being lovey dovey soo early I feel sick already.)

" If only you knew kure indonda ingiphethe kahle." She said walking over to my desk. "Babes how was your week off?" She sat on my desk as I pulled out my laptop. (If only you knew that this man is treating me well.)

" Very tiring and eventful." " Well I'm sorry but you my dear have a new client and you have to meet them at nine , which is exactly ten minutes from now so get up and you'll tell me along the way." She dragged me out to the elevator and into my car as I narrated my experience with my car and meeting my 'knight in shining amour.'

Qhawelezizwe's POV " Hawu bafo wase awusamubuzi negama?" Melusi my younger brother asked shaking his head in disapproval. (Bro you didn't even ask what her name is?) "Yazi kube bekuyimina ngabe ngibuye naye manje." He continued as he stood up from the bar we were sitting on making hand gestures of him slapping ass. (If it were me I would have come home with her)

"Obviously kanti sibobani thina!" My older brother Bafana joined and I suddenly regretted telling them about this whole thing.(who are we?)

" Cha ngisuke ngathatheka ngobuhle balentokazi nekhanda elishisako." I tried justifying myself as I could picture her in my head with her big brown eyes and gorgeous smile that left dimples indented on her cheeks, one thing I liked about her was her attitude it just ignited something in me. ( nah I was captivated by her beauty and stubbornness)

" Suka bafo uyoyitholaphi lentombi?" Melusi said as he sat down again and I shook my head I didn't want to tell them that I secretly followed her back to her house just to make sure she was safe, okay maybe also to see where she stays.(where will you find this girl now?)

"Sorry guys but you have a meeting now with the interior designer. " Mbali our PA said as her eyes connected with mine.

"Siyeza weh Mbali nalokhu usibiza ngo guys siyinsizwa." Bafana said using the toothpick in his hand to remove something from his teeth as he got up while Melusi and I followed him to the restaurant part of our hotel. We had recently bought  this hotel and it needed some serious renovations fast. ( We're coming Mbali even though you are calling us guys when we are men.)

I trusted O Gxabashe ukuthi nangabe eyami lentokazi ngiphinde ngiyibone.( I trusted my ancestors that if it was truly meant to be with this girl then I will certainly see her again. )

I rounded the corner and guess who I see seated with a huge afro on her head wearing a white dress?

I immediately smiled feeling happy with myself as she looked up from her laptop, and stood up shaking hands with my brother Bafana who was greeting her. It was after a while that she noticed me and her eyes grew big and I smiled while she rolled her eyes again and I noticed her friend besides her.

" Qhawelezizwe Nkosana Xulu. " I introduced myself,  shaking her hand and I didn't miss the way she swallowed hard.

" Sibane Simelane." She introduced herself and I admit that I shook her hand for too long. "Laze lalihle igama lakho ntokazi ." I kept my eyes on hers and what I liked about her was the way she constantly kept eye contact like she was challenging me I liked it. (You have a gorgeous name)

" Ngiyabonga Nkosana." I let go of her hand and we both sat down seeing my brothers look at me confused before Bafana cleared his throat. (Thank you)

Sibane's POV

"We have heard of your amazing work and we would like you to renovate our hotel for us." Melusi spoke as I nodded my head.  I was surprised that they were all brothers but now that all three of them are seated before me I can see the resemblance.  From the tall stature, eyes and mannerisms.

" That is great, what look were you guys going for?" Sharma asked being the more engaging one between us as I stared back and forth from my laptop to Melusi.

" We absolutely have no idea but it must be modern. " Melusi spoke.

"And with a traditional twist." The one who I gathered was Bafana added as I  nodded already visualizing the space.

" Before we go further I would like to clarify that you will be working directly with Sibane and she'll be the one you consult." Sharma spoke and I looked up seeing all the three man looking at me as I cleared my throat feeling Nkosana's stare to be the most heaviest out of the three.

" I would like to show you some of the ideas I had started on and I would like to know if they correspond with your tastes and styles." I said turning my laptop towards them before Melusi spoke.

"Weh Qhawe awubheke lapho ngisayo bamba nansi ifoni." He said getting up while Bafana turned his attention to Sharma and it was clear that he was asking her out and I cleared my throat as Qhawe sat on the chair closest to me and I could feel our arms touching and I could smell his cologne. He smelt expensive it was a crisp woody scent laced with aftershave.(Qhawe please take a look at the designs I have to answer a call)

" O Gxabashe bevele bekuletha usugcoke lemhlophe ingubo mama." His deep voice penetrated my ear sending shivers down my spine as I cleared my throat squeezing my legs together but I didn't want to give him the satisfaction, also I needed to learn how to control my feelings because around this guy everything just went haywire.

" Please look at these designs." I said completely ignoring his previous statement.

" Uyazi ngelinye ilanga uyobe sewukhazimula ngapha ngakimi Sibane. Sewuwakwa Xulu." He continued moving closer and his mouth was next to my ear it was driving me crazy I think I even forgot how to breathe.

" Maye uyatsandza kubhudza emini. " I said looking him square in the eyes. (You sure like day dreaming)

" Cha MaMnguni ngithanda ukukwenza ube ngowami. " He said with a serious face and I couldn't tell if he was joking or not because I hardly knew him. (No I'd like to make you mine)

"Well unfortunately we don't all get what we want." I remarked looking away.

" Kodwa wena uzobe ulala kulesami isfuba kungekudala." I swear I never wanted to kill a person more than I wanted to kill him right now.

I hated the way my body was reacting to his words and I hated that I wanted to hate him I really did but I could feel my clit throbbing as I squeezed my legs tighter.

"Uyabhedza." I said scrolling through the designs.

"Njengoba usumazi nje manje?" He countered back and for the first time I was speechless I could feel my face heating up. He placed the laptop on my thighs as he scrolled through them "Awufuni okuphuzwayo?" ( would you like anything to drink?) He asked casually looking up at me as I said a small no which made him smile at how he successfully shut me up. I could smell his cologne driving me crazy. He smelled soo good it was doing things to me, I hated how I had never had a man evoke all these things in me but he suddenly came and I don't know if I'm turned on or if I'm just really angry.

Probably both.

"This one." He said pointing at the screen and for once he actually spoke some sense because the design he chose was stunning if I don't say so myself.

"Atleast ingcondo yona iyasebenza." I mocked his accent.

" Kuningi okunye okusebenzako okungakuthulisa iviki lonkhe."

I held his stare before rolling my eyes and giving up, I had successfully realized that working with him would be an official nightmare.

" 12 weeks." I told him the timeline for the renovation.

" Usube ungowami Mnguni." He smiled and I wanted to strangle him to death.

"I would rather eat a bowl of water with a fork." I said getting up from my seat as I bid farewell to Bafana and Sharma followed me blushing hard.

" Was that your knight in shining armor?" She asked as we drove back to the office.

"Unfortunately." I sighed driving hating how cold my body felt now that I was away from him.
