Today it's Nomathemba's birthday she's actually turning 20 , Auntie and Uncle couldn't be more happy this day is finally here . Aisha is at the hospital she overdosed pills , Luzuko found her laying helplessly on the floor the day after he told her about his feelings towards Nomathemba . Tylor still has his guys following his cute face and some keeping an eye on Luzuko , well since his guys planted a bug around the house he knows about the evil plan that'll be taking place today.
Nomathemba's POV
Guess what it my third year celebrating my birthday with my parents ,how much l see those days . The days l still had family by my side , well now gone are the days of happiness
*knock, knock knock*
"come in " l say to the person knocking on my door
"happy birthday day to you , happy birthday day to you , happy birthday day to youuu Noma happy birthday day to you" she sings out l can't believe she still remembers my birthday wow l guess people do change for real
"Thank you auntie" l say smiling
Auntie:"no need let's go to the lounge" l wonder what's there so l quickly get up
we get to the kitchen

that's uncle and Zanothando , lm glad my friend is here . Zipho and Pedro seem like they won't be joining us
"thank you guys" l say then my phone beeps , l have two messages one from Themba and the other from the doctor l feel my mouth form a smile as l read Doctor text first

l just woke up lm still in this hospital agh l just want to go home , or even better why didn't l just die coz Luzuko is annoying me right
Luzuko:"babe you awake" can't he see that my eyes are wide open

Luzuko:"please don't say that lm sorry Aisha , lm sorry okay"
"shove that sorry in your *** , Zuko you had the guts to tell me you love someone else . Do you know how that makes me feel"l say in tears
Luzuko:"yes babe , please forgive me . u are enough okay never doubt that"
"don't leave me Zuko , l won't be able to take it"
