CHAPTER TWO

l took my breakfast and made my way into my room , well lm not allowed to dine with them at any cost even wen there's visitors all l do is serving and cleaning .

I take a bite of my butter bread , at times l really wonder what life has instore for me . Who will love me broken like this ? will someone ever value me? l mean who wouldn't ask themselves that question after being ditched the day after someone you thought was your knight in shining armor ditched you after the faithful night of sins .

My thoughts are disturbed by someone trying to open my door , l stand up

Uncle:" ntombazan " he says with a weird smile plastered on his face

"uhm yes?" l say frowning l really don't get this old man her or it's just me being paranoid

Uncle :"we going out and don't wait for us we will probably be back the next day"

"l will do so" yes! you should see my heart doing a lil nay nay

he just stares at me smirking

"anything else"

Uncle:"hmm no " he says stepping out

Old man here is wearing but nevermind that . Let's mind the peace l will be having today oh lord thank you

l went to the dining room and took the plates to the kitchen and started washing then

"Girly!" you would swear these people don't know my name of something , l just march to where my aunt's voice is at

They're all standing there prepared to go .

Auntie:"ses'yahamba ntombazan l hope u will behave"

l just nodd in agreement

Auntie:"mxm , Zipho ! Pedro ! Asamben"

They march out leaving uncle with me in the room .

Uncle:"don't forget to do your chores ntombazan" he says walking close to me as l stand there awkwardly

"l won't"

Uncle just chuckles moving back and walking out

Wheeew! l sigh

l just head to my room to take a nap l hardly get some rest here so it won't hurt .
