Nomathemba's PoV

l just woke up then remembered the news l heard earlier , l can't stop crying .Why is life so unfair? Did Gogo and Mkhulu have to leave me now when I was just savouring the taste of living again . Who will have my back now since people l call family loath me . Can't l just follow them , there's really nothing to live for right now "sobbing" my thoughts are desturbed by someone entering my ward ..oh it's the doctor who injected me "rolling eyes"

Doctor:"better not roll you eyes again it doesn't suit you "

"why you here" l say wiping my tears

Doctor:"lm checking on my patient ofcoz , how are you feeling now" he did not just ask me that

"how can you ask me that ! My grandparents are no more damn who would be okay with that " l didn't mean to shout but it fucken hurts l don't know when the doctor took me into his arms but it just felt comfortable being on his chest

Doctor:"lm sorry l really shouldn't have asked "he says brushing my back softly

"nah lm sorry for raising my voice at you " sniffing "lm just hurting "

Doctor :"l understand , please rest then l will come check on you tomorrow" he says moving away from me slowly

"okay" l say nodding and he smiles at me then walks out

Today was just a busy day after work l went for drinks with Mandla then headed to Mall to get something for my babe , l went to her place with the gift l had bought for her lucky she loved it . Aisha doesn't really need expensive things from me she appreciates the little things l do for her and that's why my love for her keeps on growing too , maybe l should let this thing of Nomathemba go l can't hurt my babe like that plus Mandla would break my legs
