CHAPTER 36 ( SEASON COMES TO AN END)

After 4 years of living a strange life without the Zungu brothers . Hlwayela was having it better because she had Zama and Kwathitha to ease the pain . so you could say that they had each other. She might have not healed fully but she was or rather say she has accepted everything. That is why they decided to move to Cape Town for good also Dave and Kwakhanya moved to Cape Town its like the bond is no longer there everyone is doing what pleases them its only businesses that are keeping them together. 

 

It is a shame to Hlaluminam she stayed in the Eastern Cape for 2 years she couldn’t cope with the death of her husband and she was in and out of hospital all alone . no friends no sisters the final straw was when she was found by her driver trying to hang herself in her garage and that's when she was admitted. She find balanced when she meet Lulama at some restaurant in town and they became friends since then you could see that Lulu didn’t not just put a smile on her face but she brought back her groove.

What a day it will be , today is the big day for the Biyela’s , he is assending the Crown im happy for him yes I am he is the only one that kept checking up on me after the tragic years. Hayi shame ndigowile but now im back and beautiful I lost a lot of weight im longer a stufuza now I hit the gym every now and again you see my figure its for days. Time now is 12 noon and we have to drive down to Lusikisiki for the event . im not feeling it shame I don’t wanna lie. I will have to see my sisters and Dave who I have last seen 3 years ago and back them I wasn’t this person that I am today. Im looking at my ring I really need to let go and now is the chance for me to be single lol wow I laugh at that because I still love my husband so much but come on he is not coming back and I need some loving. No that I haven’t you know I had peace jobs here and there a girl has to cum after all . My thoughts are disturbed by Lulu calling me. 

 

Lulu: Minny come on bro we have to go. 

Me: yes a minute, its only a 4 hour drive bro come on. 

Lulu: do you think there will be some juicy men there.

( we laughed at that and she walked out I took some deep breath and I took off my ring and I place it on a top drawer. Wow peace tripped in , its like a heavy load has been taken off my shoulders. Its like im really making a wise decision I smiled at myself through the mirror , I take my bag and phone an walked out locking the door off to the car ) 

 

After 4 hours we arrived time is 5am in the morning and its freelin cold winter is really out to kill. We got off the car took our bags and I walk to the house I use when Im here I find a maid fixing it up im sure she had that we are coming. I smiled at her she regrets and walk out, the yard is so full and everyone is walking up and down you can see that people are happy that Nkwenkwe is taking over he’s father. He is so old shame I cant wait to him he is one of the people that was with me through my journey. As soon as we settled , I hit the shower while Lulu is busy sorting out our clothes. After I was done she went to take a bath and I was now busy fixing our weaves .i had long nails on and eyeleashes yes baby am a baddy now , lol im just kidding Im still the simple girl you all know its just now im living for me im doing what Minny wants. We were now busy with our make up when there was a knock on the door I went to open it was the same made that was here when I arrived. 

 

Me: hi. 

Her:it’s a good thing that youre already dressed and you look beautiful , the elders are calling you .  

Me: thank you, im coming right up.( I closed the door) lulu im going inside the house when you are done youll find me there, please close the room mntase I don’t want people getting in there. 

Lulu: no problem babe. 

 

I walked out im weaving a long black and white traditional dress with allstar, its an off shoulder dress and it fits me like a glove. My makeup is on point and hair is properly laid and since im a wife I have to put a doek on but still I look like a piece of cake ready to be devoured. I walked inside the house and greeted all the aunts and sisters. 

 

Aunt B: hayi ntombi look at you looking like youre in a cover of some fashion what what. 

Zama: you really look beautiful. 

Me: thank you so much. ( my sister is clinging on me like im going to run away.)  

Me: Hlwaiza come on bro im not going to run I have to go the elders they called for me, where are they? 

Hlwaizaa: come on I missed you , and come ill take you they just arrived. 

Me: okay, you look good. 

Hlwaiza: are you getting some dick because wow. And I see that you don’t have your ring on. 

Me: hayi suka wena you still naughty. Where is my boy boy. 

 

As we walk to the orientation room we took our shoes and we entered all the male spices were there im telling you from the big to small. As we enter they keep quiet I locked eyes with Mkhulu Biyela. And Kumkani is seating on the Crown we walked to them and knelled in front of Kumkani  

 

Us: Biyela wen aka Mgazi , Ndabezitha!  

Kunkmani Biyela ( Nkwenkwezi) : maKhosikazi am. Kuhle ukunibona , anisebahle ( my wives , its good to see you , you look beautiful) 

Me: enkosi Nkosi yam. ( thank you my King.. I then went to mkhulu Biyela I hugged him

Mkhulu B : Mzukulwana ! hayi ntombi why are you this beautiful you want me to sin ( everyone laughed at him) 

Me: Luzumane ka Ndaba, I wouldn’t wind being your wife yazi you still have it. ( they laughed)  

 

We were introduced as the late Zungu wives but I know this is all written Mkhulu cause he wants me to get find love he wants to see me happy and all that and I also want to find love but then what if. After all that was suppose to happen today we were now parting time was around 5 late people were inside the house that I use when im here I don’t know but then I will let that slide people should get drunk. 

 

Biyela : Minny and Hlwai please come I want you to meet some good friend of mine. 

Me: can you guys let this match making go guys ill find myself a man you know. ( I say that walking outside I see Hlwayela is stack I look where she is looking even if people look alike this man that is walking towards is my man no ways. Yes this one is little bit light skinned but . 

 

Me: Dave whats going on here? ( he doesn’t answer the men stood beside my and my sister we are dump stuck we cant even move they have a bro hug even the voices are the same but the trick is that those men look so much alike but if you look really deep you can see that this one is Mqhele and the other one Lwandle) 

 

Dave : but it’s a good thing that you came.  

Brother 1 :yeah man we had to but we got lost by the petrol station. 

Brother 2: garage mfethu yhuu wena. ( they laughed at their joke) 

Biyela: mxm fools girls meet my close friends from Kwa Zulu . meet the NDLOVU TWINS this is Mandlakhe ( the one that looks like Mqhele ) and that is Mandlenkosi ( the one that looks like Lwandle)  

 

We shake hands with them and I could feel the electric and the butterflies in my stomach I don’t know what sick game they are playing. And now im getting angry by minute. 

 

Me: I don’t know what you are doing this to us , we are not dumb we can see that this is Mqhela AND Lwandle what sick game are you guys playing?  

Biyela: okay lower your voice cause what you are saying is not true, these are our friends back in days. 

Me: you may think that im stupid, why did the orientation didn’t take place back at your home kwa Zulu .. 

Dave: chills Minny what you are talking about doesn’t make sense. Biyela is taking over this regen and his father will go back home kwa Zulu . then when he passes Biyela will go there.  

 

I just look at him and I can see that he is telling the truth but then why am I seeing my husband through this man. I walk away from them tears rolling down my face I feel so stupid yet I feel like what im talking about is truth. Mandlakhe called for me to stop walking and I did I turned and look at him. 

Me: what do you want. 

Mandlakhe: im sorry, i didn’t mean to do this to you I don’t want you to cry Cause when you cry it cuts deep right here( points his heart) i know Mqhele we use to work together back in the days but I had to go away for some time and when I heard that he passed away I was sad and i had to come back. I didnt greet you during the funeral because i could see you were not yourself. And i did keep tracks of you cause i wanted you safe and now that i can see you are say and healthy im happy. You look beautiful by the way . I don’t know what you see when you look at me but trust what you see Thembalam.
