CRIMETELLA 

 

CHAPTER 33 ( SEASON COMES TO AN END) 

 

HLWAYELA ZUNGU 

 

What a late night is has been the baby has been the baby crying and fussing all night. 

Now Zama is still sleeping and here I am just finished taking a bath and the baby cried.. Mnk I go to him to check im out and when he sees me ne stops and smiles.i took him in and I walked around the house I will feed him porridge soon. 

 

Me: no baby , youre unfair wena, you want to be around me all the time . You love mommy ne boy boy. Ow my son how I wish your dad could come and give you a name.i love you so much and I promise to take good care of you and you will always be safe trust me. Boiza ka mama.  

 

( I could feel someone is watching me so I turned Lord its Makhosandile Lwandle Zungu) 

 

Me: Zungu ( tears rolled down to my face.) 

Lwandle: Nkosikazi.( for him to say that im sold that means theres still a chance ow my gosh im so happy right now.) who are you holding? 

Me: am Zama gave birth a month ago to a baby boy and we waited for you to come back so you can name the baby. 

Lwandle: can I hold him. ( I walked close to him and gave him the baby ) sanalwam ndaphiwa wena ungekavundli esuswini sika nyoko.kumnandi ukwazi okuba sewufikile uphefumla umphefumlo wam. -my baby I was given you before you were formed in your mothers womb. Its joyful to know you are here breathing my air. Live son in my place and do all the good things I didn’t do. The world will call you Kwathitha which means the sunshine is here.- 

 

I look at my husband as tears rolls down his face , the way he spoke gave me chills on my back like he is saying goodbye. 

 

Lwandle: take Kwathitha and give him a bath Ma Ngwenya. And Nkosikazi come with me. 

We walked to our room and he closes the door and looks at me at this point I don’t know what I should do or say but what I know is that I want to be okay with my man I 

have already accepted that this is what I get for failing him and I know my man will never hurt me intentionally. 

 

Lwandle: when I was away a lot of things happened and I dealt with a lot , and I forgive you for killing our baby. And thank you for taking good care of MaNgwenya and Kwathi I can see it in your eyes that you love that boy and I love you more for that . and I think what you should understand is that I never cheated on you with her and that I only knew that the was a woman who named me in my brothers dream and I looked for her in every woman. When I found her she was already pregnant , what you need to know is that I love you so much there is no me without you. Please grant me the permission to marry Zama and be her husband I don’t want to do things without you. 

 

Me: I have already gotten comfortable with that idea , because I knew that she will marry you and im giving you the persmission of taking her. But you must know that I don’t know how to share a man but Im glad that she is my sister wife because we understand each other we just needed our husband to come back home so we can be family. Thank you my husband I was so lost without you I was going crazy. 

Lwandle: ow I know baby. Now come give me a kiss 

 

I walked towards him and share a passionate kiss it was like he is pouring his heart to me and It was like we are having a conversation with our bodies and that I loved so much. He takes the gown that im wearing off I look at him and my clit danced I have been craving for his touch since forever and I like that we made love like is was our first time. 

 

Lwandle: that was..  

Me: great, Im out of words. Come lets take a shower I need to take care Kwathi before he goes crazy on Zama. 

Lwandle:oh mamakhe I still need to sleep mna so go can go.please bring food for me im hungry. 

Me: okay. 

 

I kiss him and walked to take a quick shower when I was done I wore my dress and sleepins I walked to the kitchen and I like I thought Kwathi is giving Zama time in hell. 

 

Zama: ow its good you are here. Take your son he is driving me crazy.he keeps on crying for no good reason. 

Me: lool I just told his father that he knows his time with each mother.look at him now he is okay he is not crying or anything, come here boy make food for your husband . ( I say that smiling and I left her there and I went to fed the baby .) 

 

HLALUMINAM ZUNGU 

 

The dealings of yesterday got me thinking hard about my brother and his interntions of helping me out about this all the investigation. And I did my math its adding up it makes a good sense then I asked my brother to go with his partner i didnt want to make another scene he must think that i dont know that he actually played me for a fool. When we were out I relaxed for me to wake up just now time is past 10 in the morning that means i slept since late yesterday and theres a banging knock on the door gosh I wonder who is that I haven’t had my coffee yet now I remember I didn’t lock the gate when my brother left . I walked to the door when I opened more like 10 cops were standing on my door step pointing guys at me. 

What the heck is this now, immediately my mind flow out of the window to yesterdays event . I take deep breaths now all the teaching of Mqhele must come out to play. 

 

Me: police at this morning , please come in people of the law cant be standing outside. Sorry I just woke up im sure you can see but I haven’t had my morning coffee yet so what can I help you with Mr? 

Police: Detective Ndovela. And we are here for Minentle Biyela. 

Me: Mr Ndovela..( he cuts me) 

Detective:its DETECTIVE NDOVELA MRS ZUNGU. 

Me: ow sorry my bad. But I fail to understand why you are looking for her here? 

Detective: she was here earlier yesterday. 

Me: and who told you that? 

Detective: I cant tell you that. 

Me: well if you cant tell me who told you then I guess im no help to you Sir and if you don’t mind. 

Voice: whats going on in my house so early in the morning ( that can only be my husband, gosh I want to cry and hold him close to me I missed that man and God knows I cant function without him) 

 

Detective: Mr Zungu ! ow youre not easy to find my friend, can you please follow us to the station please, we have some questions for you. 

Zungu: mr whoever as you can see I just walked in my house im tired and I all I want to do is to be wrapped in my wifes arms and have a good sleep, so if you don’t mind can you take your people and go please and when I wake up I will come to your station. 

Police: Detective theres a call for you it’s the commissioner.( he looks at us and walked out to answer is call ) 

 

Zungu: I love you so much. I may not be able to tell you this everyday but I just want you to know that you mean the world to me. The day you stepped into mylife you changed it into something so beautiful and meaningful. I may not be the first person in yourlife but I want to be the last person you ever love and the only one who makes you feel loved to the core. Goodbye mylove ( he kisses my forehead and just then I have a big lump on my throat.im holding my hands together what is this man saying to me the detective walked in with a big smile on his face) 

 

Detective: Mr Zungu you are under arrest for bank heists, drive by shootings , extortion, homoicide, identification fraud, money laundering and weapons trafficking. Mthembu read him his rights and hand cuff him!  

Mthembu: Mqhele Zungu . You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court
