Chapter 65

“HIS BEAUTIFUL PIECE OF ART”

CHAPTER : 65 . 

LWANDILE .

I'm out here panicking , I don't really have a lot of money but I have a couple of millions but not more than 15 million , I don't know where dad got the money he gave to me but it really helped me . Adding my salary from being a chattered accountant , from actually selling my pieces online and from releasing my first ever hit single thats actually generating money for me . 

I had to make a plan and get a contact from Germany that's gonna be able to transport the ring I think will suit my beautiful baby . The ring is gonna be here in a few hours and I really hope its that beautiful in person . I just want everything to go smoothly . The shoot is tomorrow BTW , I'm nervous . I've painted a few portraits for the shoot as well , I don't want a fake Rorisang in the video , I want my own Rori . 

“Daddy ! hai tell Lelo to leave me alone ! He's irritating me now !” Ontshiametse says , Lelo keeps nagging her and I know she's not in the mood . 

“Lelo , go to the playroom or go watch anime ..” he runs to the playroom . 

“you're so moody today sis what's up ?” she rolls her eyes at Kagoentle . 

“you all are irritating me , geez .” Kagoentle laughs . 

“we didn't send you to go ahead and be on your period now , why are you angry at us ?” she shoots a death stare at him . 

“okay stop fighting now , bring your books so i can sign .” she's the first one to stand and walk upstairs .

“thank God I'm a boy .” he says standing up and grabbing the book on the table since he was already writing .

“and right now she's saying thank God I'm not a boy .” I respond and he chuckles . 

“yeah right ..” she comes back with her book and hands it over to me . 

“you can sit ..” I say and she shakes her head . 

“I'm fine standing ..” goshh the attitude . I glance at Kagoentle who shakes his head . I start signing their books , they're really improving their results . It's good to see that honestly . 

“and I'm done ..” I say giving them their books and they walk off . I get up from the chair and walk to the kitchen .. okay , you wanna know what I see right now ? I see bowls of fruit salad placed on the counter , different fruits in different bowls . 

“baby what's going on now ?” she glances at me and continues slicing the bananas . 

“I'm making a fruit salad and a smoothie . You want one ?” 

“sure ..” I say sitting down . 

“are you excited for the music video tomorrow ?” she asks as I smile , oh you don't know what awaits you my lady . 

“I'm excited , I'm excited that I'm actually doing it with you .” I say and she smiles . 

“I'm very excited , i hope you told them that i don't want long dresses yeah ?” she says , she hates long dresses .

“yeah , there's only one long evening and elegant dress for you . Its gonna suit you .” she nods , oh by the way , we actually have to fly to Cape Town before 8am tomorrow morning . Because we want to use the beach , we must go to the beach so we're gonna be heading there in a few hours . She's just gonna get some sleep then we'll go .

“I'm actually excited , like whaaat ??” she says squealing in excitement . 

“it is a big deal , i didn't think the song would be this big .” I say . 

“but you know I'm proud of you right ? I'm proud because you never gave up on your dreams .” she says .

“i know that baby .” 

“and I'm here to cheer you on as your very own cheerleader . I'm genuinely happy for you Lwa , like .. you're the true definition of never give up in life . Your patience is out of this world .” she says , oh my beautiful piece of art .

“baby stop , you're gonna make me cry .” I say and she chuckles .

“I'm just expressing how i feel bestie .” she says and I chuckle . 

“my best friend .” I say and she smiles . 

“Kgothatso will have to forgive me , you're my first best friend and she's my second .” she says . 

“as i should .” I say . 

“i appreciate you alot hey .. ”

“i appreciate you baby , alot .” I respond . She throws the other fruits in the blender letting them blend . 

“will there be food there ?” I nod .

“yeah don't worry , food is gonna be there .” she nods . 

“i wasn't gonna go if there wasn't food at the shoot .”

“but baby .. i would've gotten you food mos ? i know you have to eat .” I say . 

“just checking .” she says . Once she finishes blending the fruits , she pours for me in a glass and pours for herself in her glass . She sits besides me grabbing the biggest bowl ever , can fruit salad kill someone ? she's always eating fruit salad yoh . 

“Thando is dating ..” she says glancing at me as I sigh .

“i don't want her to date .” 

“she's turning 21 soon Lwandile , Let her live now .. she has her own place and a life as well .” she says .

“but .. (sighs) argh I'm just not used to seeing another boy kiss my younger sister like what the fuck ??” she chuckles . 

“let her breathe , you're 30 and you have a family . There's no need to control her life anymore . Let her live , of course there are gonna be times where we guide her but now .. let her be .”
