“HIS BEAUTIFUL PIECE OF ART”

CHAPTER : 55 . 

RORISANG .

Morning sicknesses ? they've located me very harshly this morning . Lwandile had to go to Sandton for the record label thingie , as much as I wanted to go with him . I couldn't , I've been throwing up all morning and I just want to sleep now but then also , my baby has to eat . 

I just showered , I'm burning down there . Lwandile really didn't show me any messy hey ? and what's crazy is that I kept asking for more . Anyways , I just put on my brown trackpants with a brown long sleeved top . I put on my slides and walk downstairs . Lwandile left with the kids and Thando . I guess he needed the support and the motivation .

I walk to the kitchen and make myself 3 packs of noodles , I love the sticky ribs flavour adding melted cheese in , heavenly ! I warm the noodles up in the microwave and once they're ready , I mix everything and sit on the high stool . I start eating , they're really nice . My taste buds are dancing in AWE ..

I take my phone calling my man , he left so early .. 

“hey ..” he says softly . 

“hey , how's everything going ?” I say . 

“so far so good , we're just testing my voice now .” 

“are they impressed ?” I say . 

“they are , I've also read the contract but I'm gonna need to find a lawyer so they can check if the contract is legit or not .” he says . 

“okay but does it look promising ?” I ask . 

“it does , the monthly payment is looking good .” he says . 

“okay , and are the kids doing good ?” 

“they're meeting big artists , they're the happiest . I got them food though , don't worry .” he says . 

“okay ..” 

“what are you doing ? are you feeling any better ? I miss you .” he says .

“I'm experiencing fatigue currently , but i think I'm better . I'm eating ..” 

“I'm scared to even ask what you're eating .” he says and I laugh . 

“3 packs of noddles and cheese .” I hear him gasping and I laugh more . 

“baby , 3 packs ?” 

“i was hungry , and noodles were the only thing i could make . I didn't want to cook .” I say . 

“you should've asked me to prepare you breakfast before i left .” He says . 

“its okay , I'm enjoying the noddles .” I say . 

“okay my love , I'll call you once I'm done here .” he says .

“okay babe ..love you .”

“also , i want to take Thando to do some shopping , i hope you don't mind .” he says .

“its okay baby , take the terrible 3 with you . I'll actually rest for a few hours . Also , can you take Lelo and Kago for their haircuts and let Thando go to her hair with Ontshiametse .” I say . 

“I'll do just that , i love you baby .” I smile . 

“i love you more ..” he hangs up , goshh I just want to listen to his voice forever , Godness . My door bell rings , the fuck .. I'm still eating . I get up from my chair and walk to the door with the bowl in my hand . Shem I'm hungry , whoever is here will have to forgive me . I open the door and widen my eyes ..

“you didn't tell me you were coming !” she smiles .

“surprise ..” she says .

“goshh , sorry . Let me place this down ..” I say placing the bowl down and hugging her . 

“oh my my , preggie woman , you're glowing each day that passes by .” she says planting a kiss on my cheek . Oh I love this woman , she's the best . 

“and you look hot , beautiful and hot .” I say .

“please come in , this house isn't even sweeped sana .” I say .

“this beautiful house ? I can see myself on the floor and you're telling me it's not sweeped ? stop joking .” I chuckle .

“you can't tell though .. come sit ” I say leading her to the lounge , oh its Kgothatso by the way .

“your house is beautiful Rorisang whaat ? you have taste .” I smile . 

“thank you , i got some inspiration from pinterest .” I say and she laughs . 

“you know pinterest got your back .” she says . 

“what can i offer you ? coffee , juice ? ” I ask ..

“uhm .. juice will do .” 

“okay , I'll just be back .” I say rushing to the kitchen and taking a glass tray , I place a champagne glass on it with fruits like strawberries , raspberries and pineapple . I take the juice placing it on the tray as well , I walk back to the lounge ..

“there you go ..” I say handing her the tray . 

“oh this is quite fancy ..” she says , I chuckle walking over to my bowl and taking it . I walk back and sit besides her on the couch . 

“that's alot of noddles .” she says laughing .

“i felt like one packet wouldn't be enough so i made 3. I was hungry plus i had really bad morning sicknesses today .” I say . 

“that's pregnancy for you , you're gonna eat like no one's business .” we laugh . 

“its crazy enough ..” 

“I'm happy for you though , babies are a blessing and we should soothe our hearts and accept .” she says and I nod . 

“you're right ..” I say . 

“so I've specifically asked your underground gang to not really update me about everything that happens in your life because now it feels like I'm invading your life , you see ?” I nod lightly . 

“but any emergencies , I'm gonna be here . I'm your spiritual friend in some way .” she says , she's kind of right . 

“thank you hey ..” I say , she smiles and sips on her juice . 

“so ..Lwandile is about to start his music career .” she glances at me with a smile . 

“is it ?” she asks and I nod . 

“received a call that changed his life immediately .” I say . 

“and how do you feel ?” I sigh . 

“I'm proud of him , like .. Lwandile is a beautiful singer who actually knows how to play the piano and its insane . I'm here to cheer him on for his wins and i feel like this one is gonna be a very huge win . I'm genuinely happy for him .” I say and she nods smiling.

“you're a very supporting partner .” she says . 

“if i don't support him then who will ? because clearly his dad is going mad .” she chuckles . 

“that man is calling death upon himself yaz ?” she shakes her head as I sigh . 

“i don't want to stress about anything , i want to have a healthy pregnancy with my kids and man . I just want life to be peaceful .” I say . 

“bless you baby , is that you over there ?” she says glancing at the portrait on the wall , we enlarged it and now it's like art in outer space .

“you see my man is talented in many ways ?” she nods multiple times .

“he is talented shame , he must paint my husband for me so i can gift him on his birthday .” she says . 

“I'll put in a good word for you .” I say and she nods . 

“you're such a beautiful piece of art , haibo ?” I smile .

“his beautiful piece of art actually ..” I say and continue eating . 

“i wanna do my nails , he must take me to do my nails .” I say .

“my sister owns a nail salon in Fourways , the best ever and she does a really good job . Why don't you go there ?” 

“you'll pass me her phone number so i can make an appointment . I must slay during this pregnancy ” she laughs .
