CHAPTER 2

MONDAY
There's nothing I hate more than being woken up at 5AM…by an alarm…I set…having to go back to work on a Monday after an amazing weekend ko groove yeeey do you know MAKHUBENJALO wena? Yhoo modimo being independent and having a dream to fulfill, anyway let's get up since I've been staring out the window thinking of how exhausted I am yhooo  anyway I finally dragged myself to the bathroom and did my morning routine and when I came out in my towel and sat on the edge of my bed I took my phone and searched on PINTEREST for a hairstyle I could put these braids in because eii my brain is tired byanong. I ended up choosing a bun and I stood up and felt like looking cute today, so I wore my black slim fit dress with my work t-shirt on top and some black sneakers, my traditional beads were showing this time around and angina ndaba kanjani yhoo anyway I looked at myself and damn I look good, but since I was having a headache I decided to just add my doek as part of the look. I took some mirror pics and posted it with a caption saying "sangoma esihle esigezayo" and I wore my side bag and put my phone in it and grabbed the bag with the completed wig orders I had and I requested an Uber to PEP. I finally got there and made the shipments and when I was done I went to the taxi rank and went to work when I got off the taxi and I was walking towards the exit of the other taxi rank, the gorgeous random man from last week was there and he waved at me and I waved back, I mean he looks friendly. That's when I went inside the mall and rushed to Mr. Price and guess what, Lucia is late and she has to open up today mxm. I just took a seat and waited for her to come, when my gay friend, Tumi, I met at work, screams my name

Then we laughed as he had just used a word Tumi loves using. After Sbusiso briefed us on our tasks for the day, we got to work immediately.
After what felt like an eternity it was knock off time, my favorite time of the day I said goodbye to everyone and headed to the taxi rank to my usual taxi and I sat in the window seat. As I was sitting there, with it slightly open, I hear a knock on it and I look and its gorgeous random man and I open it

Me:"saubona"
Random man:"uright mama"

Now guys this man doesn't only speak Zulu like he doesn't know English he speaks English like he doesn't know Zulu yhooo I love literate men!! And he smells good jesu

We both laugh and he says his goodbyes and he walks away and I close the window waiting for it to get full now get this, as soon as it was full guess who was my driver? Siya. Yah wonders never seize to amaze me. His a taxi driver, a clean and handsome one at that and worse he looks back from his rearview mirror and we make eye contact and we both smile/laugh and I look down getting out my money and the ride was normal the rest of the way. Now since I'm usually the last one left in the taxi's taking me home this one wasn't an exception and as I'm about to reach my destination he speaks up

After a long deep conversation I soon reached my stop and he drops me off and I walked to my complex and I enter my apartment feeling like his energy was familiar but I brush it off and take a quick shower and when I was about to go make food I suddenly felt dizzy and twaaa phantsi, down I went.

DREAM/VISION
I'm in a river with my bhayi on and I look around and my ancestors are sitting on big rocks next to me and I see the foreign ancestors with this man and this time this man has the Zulu traditional attire for man on and his holding a goat

Then this man pulled out his hand for me to hold and as I was about to touch it I immediately woke up
REALITY
Yahh neh anyway I got up and lit up my incense and wore my bhayi and meditated for a moment because things are getting worser by the second. And most importantly who is this man?

SIYA'S POV: BACK ON THE DAY MBALI WENT TO THE COSMETIC SHOP WHICH WAS ON WEDNESDAY
Sanibonani, I'm Siyabonga khumalo a 32 year old taxi owner but I drive one of my taxis just for the fun of it and I have an architectural company and well there's a lot more about me but you'll hear about it along my journey. I just got woken up by my mom's phone call at 3am yhoo anyway she was calling about how she wants me and my brothers ekhaya this weekend and that it was important. Later on I was chilling on my couch watching TV when I felt hungry and I stood up to get food until the chest pains started and I got dizzy and held onto the wall and each time these spells happen I smell imphepho eii yazini mara eventually they stopped and I sat back down as I had lost my appetite mxm.

FRIDAY
Today is the day we're going to KZN honestly my favorite place and uThemba had called in the morning complaining like a child that we going to KZN and I ended up hanging up ngoba eii eyakhuluma lendoda jesu, anyway I finished up packing and at 17:00 I drove to the airport where our family private jet was and I saw Mandla there already

Then as I was about to respond my mom walked in with her two lovely helpers

Im such a mama's boy yhoo then I hugged my mom and that's when I heard my princess's voice Esihle
Esihle:"big bro!!!!!"
Me:"Sthuthuthu sam!!!"(shes the reason why called my taxi Sthuthuthu and had a custom number plate because when I first got it she was 5 and was learning how to talk and when she saw it she immediately said "Sthuthuthu saka buthi")
That's when I picked her up when she ran to me, time this girl is 12 yhoo nkosi
Me:"haaa wasinda kangaka uyajola? Tell that boy I'll kill him"
Esihle:"haaa buthi angijole mina yhooo kodwa uphi ubuthi omdala?"

Then I put Esihle down and went to my father's study and found him there reading a newspaper and talking to his advisor

Later on me and my brother's, including Nkosinaye, 20 who was currently in varsity third year, got the time to come join us as he was busy studying.

We all burst out laughing as Nkosi said that and it actually shut Themba up FIRST TIME I tell you first. After a few minutes ndolvukazi sent one of her first ladies to call us to come to the hut at the back and leslima abthi uThemba was now cooking the poor girl and let me tell you she was not having it

MBALI'S POV BACK TO THE CURRENT MOMENT TUESDAY
I woke up on the floor where I was meditating last night and my body was aching like I was running a marathon for hours. I just decided to call Sbusiso as I can see I won't be able to function today

I hung up and took my phone, locked up and left time I forgot to take off my bhayi aii when I got to the gate of my complex he was standing there with his quantum and standing outside of it and looking at his phone

He started the car and we went to a nearby mall and when we arrived he got the car and came to my side of the car and opened it for me, as I was about to step out, he held my hand and didn't let go even after he closed the door and we were walking inside and I just looked at his hand on mine and let it be as it felt warm and I low key loved it, he even has a sleeve tattoo, nice. When we got to KFC he took out his card and handed it to me and I looked at it then him

Siya:"go order with it haw I can't expect you to pay for yourself while I'm the one who brought you here so bamba mama"
I chuckled and just took it and ordered for both of us even though he said I should order for me only then went to where he was sitting and tried giving him back his card
Siya:"haii mama we still going to McDonalds nje"
Me:"kanti userious?"
Siya:"yebo mama so hold it"
Me:" mhmm okay"
As they called our order number and I was about to stand up when he held my hand and pulled me back down
Siya:"Miss. Independent I'm here to treat you so please relax"
He then stood up and as he was walking away I laughed to myself and secretly took a video of him taking our order and him looking scrumptious. He came back and held out his hand to help me stand, and I took his hand and again he didn't let go as we made our way to McDonalds, when we arrived I let go of his hand and ordered, while he went to sit down and after a few I walked to him and caught him taking a video
Me:"haibo POPI act Siyabonga"
Siya:"kusho nawe bekhu ye POPI ke"
Me:"haa mina?"
Siya:"yebo wena"
Me:"me? Never that"
Siya:"mhmm okay mama"
We laughed at that and talked about his family back eKZN and his family seems big yhoo anyway they called our order and I just handed him the receipt and he smiled and went to the pick-up counter and he returned and put the bags on the table

Me:"haibo manje mase uthi 'uzo' awudle wena? (I slid him his own two bags to him)I know you said I shouldn't order for you kodwa I don't like being the only one eating so I just ordered for you"

Siya:"yah sure no problem"
He stood up first and held out his hand, I took it and as I was about to take the bags he lightly smacked it away and took all of them and we laughed at his stunt and went to his car and I saw his number plate written "STHUTHUTHU GP"
Me: "haw you have a custom number plate that's nice, but why is it called Sthuthuthu?"
Siya:"ohh thanks, well I named it that because of what my little sister called it when she saw it for the first time"
Me: "that's so cute, now I want to meet this little girl she seems very interesting"
Siya:"she is yhoo and I'm sure she'll love you just as much"
We finally reached the car and him being the gentleman he is, he opened the door for me and that's when he finally let go of my hand and he went to the other side and got in and we started eating. When we were finally done eating I slightly turned myself to give him my full attention as we were talking and as I was looking at him I noticed how beautiful his eyes were, a very nice light brown

Me:"haaa Siyabonga!!"

As we were busy laughing his phone rang and he looked visibly annoyed

Then he picked up and this is what I could pick up from the conversation

That's then he hung up and turned to look at me
Siya:"eii mama kumele ngihambe there's an emergency erankeni and I have to leave now "
Me:"ohh okay you can just drop me off at home then"
Siya:"yazi I thought I was gonna go with you because I don't want our bonding session to end yet"
Me:"I also don't want it to end yet but duty calls and I don't want you being distracted by me"
Siya:"aii okay keh mama let me go drop you off home"
