Bongani
I tried to reason with Manzini but she didn't want to listen to me
I thought we had something special and she will choose to stay with me
Since we started our relationship, she has been constantly choosing other people over me
Why can't she choose me and make me feel like I matter once in her life?I'm always running behind her and begging her to give us chance
I am also human being I get tired of all of this shit
Right now I'm at Mbuso's house
Mbuso:If you are here where is your chocolate skin beautiful woman?
Bongani:Brother I don't want to go there trust me because right now things are complicated
Mbuso:Care to share?
Bongani:I don't know what's the problem with Manzini, those people every chance they get they hurt her but you know what she does?
He shakes his head
Bongani:She keeps going back to the same people who hurt her every chance they get
Mbuso:Maybe there is more to this
Bongani:Haai I don't think so because all I see is Manzini she's not yet matured,I mean I understand she just turned 18 years recently but bra I need a stable girlfriend now,I'm not getting younger anymore, I'm 24 years now
Mbuso:You want my input?
Bongani:Sure you know I value your input
Mbuso:Uya mthanda Manzini right?
Bongani:Of course
Mbuso:Sit her down and tell her how you feel about all of this and I'm sure both of you will come with solution, communication saves many relationships and trust me you don't want to lose your girl over petty things
I did think about it and Mbuso was right
I do love Manzini so we may sort our differences
I arrived at Zodwa's house
I find lot of people here
I wonder what's going on
I find Mbali outside
Bongani:Skhipan hiso?
Mbali:Hello big bro,are you fine?I'm good also thank you very much for asking
Bongani:I don't have time for your nonsense just tell me what's going on here?
Mbali:Oh didn't you know?your girlfriend is getting married today to my supposedly father so they are busy with lobola negotiations
I felt like I'm being stabbed in my stomach
I went inside
Zodwa:Boy are you Okay?
Bongani:Ukuphi Manzini?
Zodwa:Why are you asking about...
Bongani:Ukuphi Manzini Zodwa?!
Zodwa:In her room
I roughly got inside of her room
I find her wearing zulu red skirt with white vest and she has red beats in her head
Manzini:Bo...Bongani?
Tears just streamed in my eyes
Bongani:Why?
Zodwa got in
Zodwa:What's going on here?
Bongani:Why Manzini?
Zodwa:What the hell is going on here?
Bongani:Zodwa please not now
I turned and look at Manzini again waiting for answers
Bongani:I thought we had something special and strong,I thought you love me Manzini
Zodwa:Hee wena sfebe ndine didn't I tell you to stay away from my son?even I warned you to stay away from him you continued to want him
Bongani:Shut the hell up Zodwa because none of this is your business better get the hell out of here because you are not needed
Zodwa:But son..
Bongani:Get out!
She did leave us
I went to her and touched her hands
Bongani:Please tell me I'm just dreaming none of this is true please tell me that
Manzini:Ngiyaxolisa..
Bongani:Stop with apologies already because I thought we had something solid here, something to build our future with
Manzini:Don't get me wrong Bongani I do love you but we can't be together
Bongani:What is that even mean?because none of this makes sense
Manzini:I'm not the right girl for you and I'm sure you will find suitable girl for yourself and soon forget about me
Bongani:Manzini don't give me that bullshit okay!I don't want any girl I want you as my girl!
I was yelling at her because she makes me so angry
Manzini:I'm too damaged for you, trust me you will save yourself from all the embarrassment you will endure and the shame
Bongani:Fuck this pity party you want to do here and I don't buy all the nonsense you are trying to do here,I'm fed up with your nonsense of you choosing other people over me
"Manzini mfazi wam you are needed"
He said that knowing I'm with Manzini
He was kind of telling me she is mine now
Bongani:We are busy here so give us space
Xola:Manzini is my wife and when I'm saying she have to come with me,she will do as I says
Bongani:Manzini is old enough to choose what she want so she doenst need you to choose for her
Xola:Is that so?
Bongani:Know what madala don't have time for your nonsense mina so shift urasa too much
Xola:Manzini are we going?
Manzini looked at me with that look she gave me when she left with this madala in my house and that made me very weak
Bongani:Manzini please..
I was wearing my pleading eyes
Not forgetting glassy eyes full of tears
They left together
Leaving me in her room
She didn't look at me once again
