Two male best friends named Themba Nkosi from KwaZulu Natal and Luthando Mnisi from Mpumalanga. Female name Boitumelo Malope from Mfolo, Soweto. The best friends met in their first year of university at the University of Johannesburg, APK campus while studying IT and Engineering respectively. Boitumelo a Business Science major at Wits University. During their 3rd Year of studies, Themba met Boitumelo at a party in Braamfontein, Johannesburg and they hit it off. They started talking from that night, going on dates every once in a while, and a relationship started, however, while that was happening, Luthando carried a secret, he loved his best friend more than a friend should, he had romantic feelings for Themba. He later met Boitumelo at Cresta Mall and also fell for her not knowing that she is the Boitumelo that Themba had been telling him about.
