The story follows Skhumbuzo Sokhulu, a reckless young man arrested for robbery and shooting a girl, throwing his family into panic as they hire the skilled lawyer Noluvo Xolo to defend him. As the case grows more complicated with a false accusation from a policewoman, Skhumbuzo begins developing feelings for Noluvo, while secretly already being in a relationship with her niece, which started before he even met her. This creates intense tension as Noluvo fights to clear his name in court, unaware that his personal life is dangerously connected to hers.
