Between Two Winds

Chenai Moyo grew up in a small dusty village near Masvingo, Zimbabwe, where dreams felt too big for a girl with empty pockets and heavy responsibilities.

After losing her father and watching her mother struggle to provide for the family, Chenai learns early that education is her only escape. When a rare scholarship opportunity appears, it offers her a chance to study engineering in Ongwediva, Namibia far from the only home she has ever known.

But university life is not the miracle she imagined. Between financial struggles, loneliness, and the pressure to succeed, Chenai begins to question whether she truly belongs there.

Just when everything feels impossible, she finds something unexpected: a group of loyal friends who become her new family… and a quiet, determined young man named Tinashe who slowly begins to break down the walls around her heart.

As Chenai fights to survive the storms of university life, she must learn that sometimes the winds that push you away from home are the same winds that carry you toward love, purpose and the future you never thought you deserved.
