*INSERT 13*BASETSANA.
It's in the morning I've just taken a bath and I'm wearing a summer dress that is just below my knees and my white gladiators.
About yesterday we just got home and we never talked about what took place at his friends house. We are not talking to each other right now, the mood is sour, I don't know If I can able to endure this treatment for long, I didn't even have enough sleep because of what Phindile told me.
I wake Sbani to drive me home since he said he wants space, It even feels like he's breaking up with me.
Me: Sbani, wake up.
I shake him, he opens his eyes and he looks like he wants to kill me, I even get scared a little.
Sbani: What?
You can't miss the annoyance on his face and I doubt he will accompany me.
Me: Can you drive me to my mother's house?
Sbani: You're waking me up early in the morning for that nonsense?

I don't get to finish my sentence when he clicks his tounge and looks the other way.
Me: Great I have to catch a taxi now.

I arrive home and decide on sleeping since I didn't sleep well. I have a night shift later on today.
I'm woken up by my mom shaking me and I sit up on my bed rubbing the sleep off my eyes.
Mom: Didn't you say you're only coming back next week monday?
My mom knows about Sbani, she doesn't have a problem with me dating him and sleeping at his house. I think It's because he has money.
Me: Well I decided to come back.
Mom: Mhh, I'm going out don't cook I'll see you tomorrow.
Me: I'm also going to work.
Mom: Lock up when you leave, I have my key with me.
She says getting out of my room. Wow first conversation without fighting.
I take my phone on the side drawer and look at the time, It's almost 3'O clock in the evening. Sbani didn't even call or send me a text message to ask how I arrived home, I get and prepare myself for work.
Arriving at work, Dali comes to me before I put my bag down.
Dali: The boss said we should tell you to go to his office as soon as you arrive.
Me: Ohh he didn't say anything?
Dali: No he didn't.
I head to his office and knock before I'm told to get inside.
Bongani: Sit down Basetsana.
I sit down and look at him. He better not come with some bullshit here.
Bongani: Are you good?
Me: Yes and you?
Bongani: I'm good also, What you did yesterday was childish.
Me: I don't see how what happened yesterday is childish when people were ganging up on me.
Bongani: But you should have kept quiet you know?
Me: Are you saying I should have kept quiet when your wives were insulting me and looking down on me?
Bongani: Seems like you don't want to grow up and see your mistakes, So I'm firing you.
Is this the decision they all came with?
Me: You can't do that, this is a workplace, how does personal stuff fit in a workplace and this happened outside work moc.
Bongani: I can and I'm firing you, I don't care and this is not some company so don't tell me shit and you didn't sign any contract.
Me: That is why you were too forward to tell your friends about my salary right?
He laughs and I guess getting R150 a day is a joke to him when to people like us is something.
Me: I hope one day you don't regret ever firing me.
I stand up and leave, Arriving home I prepare noodles and coffee. I'm so hurt I don't wanna lie, Where am I going to find another job? My mom will be on my case as if It's my fault and I'll probably be a laughing stock to my sister.
