DEAR MRS...CHAPTER 8

My head feels like it's going to split in half. I had told myself that I wasn't going to drink yesterday night but damn that just didn't happen. I'm just glad we didn't get stopped by traffic cops especially with the way she was allover me last night. I'm alone in bed, getting up I walk to the bathroom and take a quick shower after brushing my teeth. I walk back inside my bedroom and sort out the bed before walking out down the stairs the house is silent. I check the time and it's almost one in the afternoon. Jesus I slept that long. I walk out of my house going to the main house.
"Haa finally awake. Your wife and the little ones are being discharged later today." My father says looking at me as I walk inside the lounge. I sigh sitting next to him and the man laughs."you look better than your wife though. She looks like she's carrying the world's problems on her shoulders. Ahh there she is."
Liyana walks in holding blankets I get up and go help her."did you eat?" I ask as we walk up the stairs. She nods and sits down on the steps when we get to the top. I sit next to her and she lays her head on my shoulders.
"You left me hanging last night. I wanted you so bad." I tell her and she tenses next to me. I really don't know what is eating her especially when it comes to our *** life. We never have *** with the lights on then she doesn't want to do certain styles we really need to talk about this.
SIHLANGANISE MAXHOSA
I have been discharged for two months now being here is nice and all but God dammit it is boring. It's always the same routine oko oko. Kuhle had the house I was going to stay in furnished with my help ofcause I'm so greatful for the fact that it has 6 bedrooms so when the kids grow up they'll have their own rooms. The door opens and mother inlaw walks in. I'm getting ready for my morning run. I'm out of shape it's obvious I won't be getting my small frame back but atleast I have to be fit.
"Your father is outside he's going to town don't you want to go to the gym? You'll come back with Emihle she's coming down in a few hours." I smile at her. I don't know if this woman really likes me or she's acting but I'll play along for the sake of peace. I don't want to start unnecessary problems.
I have seen her interact with Liyana and it is obvious she doesn't like her. I don't want to find myself in a position I can't get out off.
"No mama I can't I have to come back and pack." She nods taking the kids with her with the help of the nanny I really needed the help it's going to be hard when it's just me and the nanny. My phone rings as I run out of the house. It's the husband.
"Baby please tell me you're ready."
He says not even greeting me. I haven't seen him in two weeks this thing with his brother taking a leave has him grasping at straws. We do video call two times a day and I'm greatful for him not coming to see me. This guy loves touching me I believe I would have let him have me by now.
"My fight is in 4 hours babe so relax for me okay." He groans probably in frustration I miss him just as much.
"I miss you so much baby. I'll fetch you at the airport. Liyana said she's going to watch the kids I'm taking you out tonight. " I smile involuntarily I don't know how I fell in love with this guy but I love the feeling.
"Are you going to catch me?" I ask as I stop a little dow the road from their house. Newrest is way better than my own ilali. A boy comes running towards me with a smile on his face. He's one of the kids from Kuhle's many cousins.
"Even if takes me to my death. I love you so much baby you won't even understand. I want to show you with my actions rather than say it." That warms my heart because I love him just as much if not more. I found my own soul mate even if it's a man already married.
"Aunty tata says you should get ready with the kids. We're driving you to the airport. " I nod at the boy ruffling his hair. He laughs walking away.
"I'm finishing up here babe I want to sort a few things out then I'm all yours sthandwa sam. " He says I can hear the smile on his face.
"I love you." I tell him running back to the house. I really do have to get ready and I need to get real breakfast when we get to town I can't be eating isidudu oko. And these ones don't even care about breastfeeding.
I get home just as a car drives in behind me. I get to the main house and greet the people in the lounge. This family is huge and they all stay in this huge yard. I find mother inlaw and the nanny fussing over my little munchies.
"Makoti you gave birth to my son's replicas. I thought the girl would look a little like you but nix. UNtombikayise wena andithi!! Ntombi! Ntombi katatakhe!! Grandmother is going to miss you so much. You're going to visit granny right? Do please granny is going to be so bored without you here."
I walk to the bathroom and take a bath. I really become awkward when in the same room with mother inlaw. There's just something unsettling about that woman and the way she looks at me makes me feel somewhat. It's probably why I don't buy her kindness work. Walking out the nanny is no longer here only mother inlaw is left behind.
"Wear the blue one." I'm choosing amadakhi to wear I look at the blue one she gifted it to me a few weeks ago. I just haven't been able to wear it for some odd reason.
"I would love too mama but I'm going to be in a plane I need tk wear something light and comfortable. " I say taking a brown and green dakhi my husband got me this on his last visit. I want him to see me in it.
"You've been delaying to wear my gift why? Don't you like it?" She asks looking at me her eyes are never direct with mine. For example now she's looking at me but not my eyes. She looks everywhere but my eyes.
